God woke me up on the morning of November 14, 2023, to let me know that I would be writing a book for Him. As I began to pray about this, I discovered that my heart is firmly set on guiding new believers in Christ through the discipleship process.

I want to help people grow in the faith faster than I did. Hopefully, these believers can learn from my mistakes and gain wisdom faster than I did.

Hebrews 6:1-3 (NKJV)

“Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God, instruction about cleansing rites, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. And God permitting, we will do so.”

Paul the Apostle mentioned that there were “Elementary Teachings” needed before Christian maturity could begin. These teachings are foundational for discipleship and must be put into place in the life of the Christian.

As Christians, we are called to live boldly—growing in faith, serving with love, and following the Master as He leads His Church into a glorious Kingdom visitation. I have designed Raising Lions: Foundations to help raise up lions in the body of Christ. I have created this book to be a valuable resource for pastors, churches, and curious seekers.

The Raising Lions series is an engaging and practical guide to the heart of Christian discipleship.

The Lion’s roar awakens His people—it is time.

As I prayed about who would publish my book, I encountered a man named Grant Abraham. Grant is a man who has a great destiny in Canadian politics. Grant introduced me to Kim Driedger from Five Arrows Media.

As Kim and I spoke, I sensed that she was the one who was divinely placed in my path to create Kingdom Impact in this nation and beyond. I sensed we shared a common vision for helping raise up Lions within the church. Kim has made the publishing process easy and understandable.

There will be at least three books in the Raising Lions series. I look forward to creating more Kingdom Impact with Five Arrows Media on these upcoming books.
